      First of all UNDERSTAFFED, I was denied opening account simply because of their staffing issues. The 2 lady's there were rude and acted as if they could refuse me services just because of staffing, that's not my problem, what is my problem is needing an account and being denied one. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this bank, they are bias and rude, disrespectful and have no sense of understanding or empathy. Horrible place DONT GO HERE. I WISH NEGATIVE STARS WERE A THING. I believe I was profiled based on my looks an treated as if I was less important than anyone else who lives in houtzdale, bad experience and will never even consider letting my money run threw any account that First Commonwealth offers.

      Nathaniel the service is excellent, the attitudes, although quaint, are pleaseant. It's a small town bank with a Correctional facility nearby, and yet the workers make you feel realaxed.
