      Listen. If your going here to do ANYTHING outside of withdrawing or depositing your money…. DO NOT GO HERE. I went here for a wire transfer and the lady looks like she hasn’t done one for 5 years… for being a long time first commonwealth employee I’m pretty disappointed I had to sit for 30min while she figured out how to submit an fill out the wire transfer information. Terrible & very unprofessional. This was enough to make me want to switch banks. Fire employees if they are making your business look bad because they don’t know what they are doing.
