      History: 7+ years as a banking customer Why I’m leaving a 2 star review: I bank with 1stnb, First National Bank Texas. Over the years, the only issue I’ve ever had is the bank erroneously tagging my transactions as fraudulent. The problem? **It takes an act of congress in order to make the transactions I want.** Just today, I spent over two hours on hold, all time considered, with the last time having me rushed out of the phone call. From my comprehension of the debit system, I’m pretty sure the agent I spoke with intentionally made my situation worse. I understand wanting to go home, but rushing me out of the conversation and sabotaging me isn’t the way to go about business. I’m really hoping I can get some real resolution tomorrow. I would love to leave a glowing review, but I’ve been burnt too many times on customer service.
