      Fabulous bank and customer service! Always treated with respect and care. Having an unusual name, I was impressed that the teller knew and called me by name the first time I went in after opening our accounts. I love the small town service and won’t bank anywhere else.

      The branch staff has always been exceptional. But the bank is 15 years behind on technology. Sadly there are obvious signs of financial struggle. Facilities are not maintained to previous standards, staffing is reduced and has an unusually high turnover rate, phones and voicemails go unanswered. Customers cannot save FCB payment with online vendors or establish autopay accounts with any confidence because FCB is incapable of issuing new debit cards prior to the expiration of existing ones. I think FCB really wants to succeed and be a viable "small town" option to the bigger mega-banks but unfortunately are just treading water to stay afloat. It is a shame but unless you are still living in the 1990's FCB is probably not for you.

      I love this bank but had to take away stars for my card being locked and there is no after hours support to help in this situation
