      Kudos to Sandra Bryant! She is very helpful and very patient. Me and my husband walked in to open a credit card and she helped us get one. We also mentioned that we were having trouble with our joint account, my name won't show up on the statements and I can't access it neither on online banking. She tried fixing it that day but couldn't do it right away , she needed to do some research as to why it was happening and promised me to call me when she finds out the reason why. The next day she did call me and explained what happened and the problem is already solved! Very very helpful and determined to help the clients. Thank you Sandra!

      Please do not allow your customers to cut in front of each other. As a teller it’s your job to pay attention to customers that walk in your building at all times. I’m a District Manager of a Retail company and your customers come first. Not who you know!! This is beyond unprofessional and lacks the core values of the kindergarten rule. This is specifically for Andrea.
