      I could not be happier with a bank than this. This bank offers everything I need. From mobile banking to care about my security, these folks really care and it shows...I don't think you could find a better bank or better people!

      I could not be more frustrated with this bank. They are one of the most backwards companies I have ever dealt with. To start If you have a website business, don't expect for anyone outside of the US to be able to do business with you, they do not allow payments or debits to your account outside of the US, (until recently they had several banned states). When I called to check on a deposit that had been made a few days ago, there were zero security measures. I did not even give my name. They simply opened my account and gave me sensitive information based on their caller ID. when I asked how they are giving me this Information, the teller stated it came up on her caller ID. That was all they needed to give out any sensitive information needed get into my account. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK if you value any of your money. All it takes is a simple app to clone anyone's phone number.
