      Charged a 100.00 processing fee. For a lien that was put on my account . Did not know about the lien, and it was taken care of immediately on my end. Bank would not waive the fee. Person I spoke to was a Mrs Newman in Independence and a Lady by the name of Gayle. Said it was a complicated process for this procedure.
