Michelle Dotson took over our loan process after another loan officer from another branch quit a couple weeks before our closing date, we had a pretty terrible experience untill she took over. She basically had to start the process over from scratch and we ended up only having to push the closing date back a couple days. I had her on speed dial, we talked nearly every day, she was great. If it wasn't for her we wouldn't be living in our new house. Thanks Michelle!

I have had a Mortgage loan with People' s community bank since 2015. Michelle Dotson NMLS# 1138706 Johnson City TN is the worst Loan Officer I have ever meet. I will never deal with the bank of her ever again.
