      I was at the Walmart in granite city yesterday at 5:45 and I was waiting in line while the Manager Sarah Skaggs was having a conversation with one of her friends just talking like nothing was going on. And when I said can you help me she just look at me and kept talking to her friend while her tow employee were working. And when I finally after15 minutes Heather the teller was awesome to me and when I ask if I can speak with the Manger she said Heather was the manager. And there is no way a branch manger is going to treat customers like trash. I will never go to this location ever again. Not worth wasting my time and watching the branch manger not work and just chat it up with her friends.

      Refinanced my loan with them and voiced concerns about them never receiving the title for my vehicle. They assured me nothing was wrong, well now 6 months later I receive a letter saying they never received my title. Very unhappy with whoever is dropping the ball here but it needs resolved.
