      There's a teller at the FCCU Des Peres location that is a real treat to work with. Her name is Madison and she handles my banking needs with quickness and accuracy. Sometimes we don't always get the best customer service in main-stream America, but she consistently rises above basic expectations. She's easy to deal with, has a friendly demeanor, and always greets me with a gentle smile. Thank you FCCU for having competent employees. It's nice to see quality employees on the front lines.

      Absolutely incredible service a super nice staff member called me and offered A way to save money on A loan incredible initiative I’ve been doing business with them for years and this is why give them a try they have the best service and the best rates in town by a mile!!

      Very misleading financial institution. I got refinanced my home with them but I would not recommend them to anyone. They will charge you tons of hidden fees. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR CHECKING AND SAVING: direct deposits got rejected 3 times for no reason. TOTAL WAST OF TIME
