      My loan was purchased by them and they are the worst mortgage servicer I have worked with. Missed payments on home insurance, phone support is incompetent, and it took them over a month to mail me a loan number before I could even make my first payment and had the audacity to call me upset that I haven't paid them yet. If I could choose my servicer, they would never even be an option.
