  I walked in and they were very helpful. They helped me with what I needed and were very friendly and patient.

  Stopped by on 6/4 and asked Christina if I needed to be a member in order to get a document notarize, she said no and said there was a $3.00 fee and couldn't be hand written. Anything else?... Christina said that was it. Ok.. Not bad. Came back on 6/6 with my doc's and with her "B" unfriendly resting face says she can't notarize it. I asked why and she said bc it was business related. Renee chimed in and said the bank won't allow her to just in case they had to go to court. I was ok with that but I tried to explain to Christina that she should have mentioned that piece of important information when I initially asked her. She got rude w/me and said she doesn't work for me and that I'm not a customer. I had every intention on opening both a personal and business account there since none of my other accounts are local. NO THANKS! I told Christina that her attitude was rude and that she had no business in customer service. Her reply was "I'm not in customer service!" Y'all, I think Christina is confused because I sure as hell saw her waiting on an actual member not to mention our interaction. I asked her for the customer service number and she flat out said "You can google it! We went back and forth another min or 2... I would like to believe this is NOT the type of behavior this establishment allows or represents behind it's name. I will not recommend this place of business. There are other financial institutions that will gladly take your business both personal and business related with smiling faces and minus Christina's attitude.
