      Been with the bank for years and the staff at this location are horrible and rude there are always new employees that don't know what there doing and none of the other staff stops to help. I will be closing my account due to this location

      I do not bank with first convenience so my concern is being a shopper and having employees rushing you as you leave, actually I felt harassed. One lady actually insisted that their money orders were cheaper,being why was she watching my every move to even scream that out. Just a suggestion for the employees. Try being a little more professional as you try selling to customers.
