Mary was so helpful from the start I would recommend her to anybody trying to buy a house. She is was always available from her office phone to her cell phone. She would always pick up her phone . I loved working with her hands down she is such a lovely person. Thank you so much Mary for all of your help.

I needed to refi my house in order to get it in my name only, but I was worried that it wasn’t going to lower my payment as well. I voiced this concern to Mary and the next day she had put together an email with attachments breaking everything down & showing how as long as I stay in the house for at least 4 years it would definitely be cost beneficial! I had a lot of questions along the way and every time Mary was full of all the answers. I was amazed at how knowledgeable she is and she was more than happy to take the time to explain all my options thoroughly. We hit a few bumps in the road because everything was contingent on my ex husband signing off on the title and he was dragging his feet as slowly as he could, but again Mary was helpful in getting me extensions and locking in my rate. I refer to her as Magical Mary because I was able to accomplish this refi with a great interest rate and a great understanding of everything every step of the way. I couldn’t be more pleased with my outcome & I highly recommend Mary Dietz with SWBC Mortgage to anyone & everyone looking to buy a home!
