  They really helped me a lot with loans, having my direct deposit a day early, and the 1 time someone fraudulently charged my account.... They got my money back to me. It was a waiting period and it sucked having to wait all that time unlike most places where they issue the credit right away. But other than that it was a fairly easy process in a time where I was at a high level of stress because of the situation at hand and staff was very nice and understanding.

  Asked for new card because mine was expiring at the end of the month. I went to buy a bottle of water the next day and my card declined. WELL this bank charged me $25 expedited fee, and overdrew my account, I never asked for it to be expedited, i didn't need it now. No one would help me with this at the bank, they said call the 800 number, even then, the 800 number that finally answered didn't speak English so she transferred me BACK to the main menu. I waited 2 hours, no way was I going to wait another 2 hours to be transferred again. I waited over an hour yesterday and they closed while I was on hold. I'm furious

  I am a business owner. I was trying to deposit a check for one of my drivers. It was a temporary check. The bank teller said "we can't cash your check because it wasn't endorsef properly " I asked "why what was different" ( I had cashed written out checks before, normal, name , amount, written amount etc) she couldn't tell me. Supervisor stepped in after going arguing back and fourth with her as to why...and Supervisor said she needed my company name and address on the check. I was like why couldn't she just say that instead of having me have to leave then come back! Its stiid customer service! Ridiculous. Im glad supervisor was there.
