      Everybody there is so kind and helpful I was graded at the door!! The banker that helped me explain everything to me that I needed done and went step-by-step with me which was wonderful. I did have something that couldn’t be resolved but I understand that they’re not miracle workers just like I’m not at my job. People just need to be more kind and patient.

      Bank is trash . . Customer service was terrible gave them 3 different forms of ID and they still wouldn't withdraw money from my account . . Avoid bank at all cost.

      @Yong Lee. I had a very similar experience with Albert when I was at this BoA location recently. I will not go back to this location because of this type of service.
