      The staff and overall environment for the company is wonderful! The Vermillion branch is unique in its architecture and it’s incredible employees. Even if they can’t get you the cheapest rate, they will make up for it with their immaculate customer service and convenience they provide. Make sure to check out the mobile app because it is the best, most user friendly I have seen in a while!

      First Dakota has been great to work with as a student! I have banked here for a long time and I have had great customer service every time. The tellers do a great job and always know how to answer your question or direct you to the right person. Great mobile app!

      1st time going inside of this bank. Have to say my experience there was very uncomfortable. The lady named Betty Mozak Gave off a very bad Vibe. 1st thing out of her mouth on the phone was I used to be a cop what does that have to do with adding a name on to a bank account. It was gloomy looking everybody just looked Like it was a dreadful place to work. Which is totally different from going to the window for years. Which I find very strange. Because I remember the people there were very cheerful friendly and nice. must be under new management. Talk to the wife this weekend about switching to another bank. I'm giving it 2 stars because the inside was really nice but it was hard to see it's so gloomy inside. I have to go back in and sign some papers I'll give you an update.
