      I have been a member of First Eagle for over 35 years and joining was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The rates are competitive, the online tools are easy to use and, most importantly, the staff is wonderful. Especially helpful over the last couple of years has been the fact that First Eagle belongs to an extensive network of credit unions which allows you convenient access to your accounts.

      2 stars for the staff other than that not a good place to bank if you need access to your money. And it takes weeks to get a new card from them

      Terrible credit union. They are barely ever open. They only have 2 locations. The location in union memorial hospital never has money, they give you a check and you have to go cash it elsewhere which costs even more money. They don't have an atm at their location. Most banks have hours until atleast 4pm. They don't open on Saturdays. They are closed at 2pm every day and off on Wednesday. If you get a checking account with them, your paycheck doesn't clear until 8:30 that morning. The staff is very nice, but everything is a process and takes weeks to get done. Also they took away the atm card for the savings account. So unless you want to go inside the the bank all the time to get your money out, your forced into getting a checking account with them. In the past this bank was a little bit better, however it's getting worse.
