This is not a real bank, it's a kiosk inside a grocery store. Which was closed, even though their hours clearly said they would be open.

I had a cashier's check printed here. First the bank worker printed the name incorrectly on the check but wouldn't reprint it. I decided because it was a small typo it probably wouldn't matter. Later I came to return that check as it was no longer needed for it's original purpose. The bank worker told me the correct way to return it was to deposit it at the ATM. I deposit it this way. The next day the check appeared on my account as "unpresentable" with the balance going in and being removed immediately. I called PNC customer service and they told me the check would be mailed back to me taking 5-7 business days. They told me the correct way to deposit a check like this is to have the teller deposit the check. Which at this branch, they refused to do. This bank caused $2500 to disappear into limbo for 5-7 business days all because the teller was too lazy to do her job.
