      You can't reach the bank by phone, the banks call center can't reach the bank by phone, and you can't go to this bank unless you work on the WB lot. First Entertainment is a great bank and I have loved working with them over the years, but not having access to a human being when you need help with your account is extremely frustrating and more so when you rush over from work and can't get to the bank. There is however, another nearby. Now you now and knowing is half the battle. Revised to 5 star because they are a Five Star bank and am sure this one is too but couldn't tell you for sure because, in true Hollywood style, I'm apparently not on the list.

      Update your hours. Left work and rushed to arrive at 5:30 only to find the branch closed.

      If BofA were a Credit Union, this would be it. They play the same games with your Money...I don't have these problems with Capital One.
