      I've been banking with First Federal for I think over 20 years. I have been very happy with the customer service I receive at this branch and others. They are very friendly, competent, and some have gone out of their way to get things right for me.

      House note mailed late more than once, had trouble with insurance being paid on time. They checked into my credit rating 15 or so years after house was financed. WTH? House financed through them in 98, had to refinance in 2003 to buy out partner. Not pleased with service!
