      I’m not impressed with how this bank has “helped” me now that I’m no longer a resident of Louisiana. To get any decent customer service, you’d need to go into the branch, because via telephone, you will be left feeling frustrated, upset, and wishing you were there so you could walk in and close the account. Avoid this bank if you travel or there’s any possibility you could move.
