      About 10 years ago my wife and I started banking with First Federal bank (Berlin branch primarily), and over the years they have proven time and time again that they are the bank for us! Matt Miller, Matt Stein and the rest of their team have helped us tremendously with our personal banking, small business banking, and competitive rates/terms for investment property loans over the years. They're always eager to help in whatever ways possible, quick to return calls/emails, and just plain wonderful people to work with... Recently, I had a situation in our business where I had some serious concerns about a project we were about to undertake, and was referred to Kristofer Kreinbihl at the Dover branch. Kris took time to talk with me and gave me some invaluable feedback which helped me make the decision with wisdom and clarity....all this from Kris, and we had never met or spoken prior to this phone call. This seems to simply to be the culture that First Federal has cultivated, and I'm so thankful to be working with them!
