      Brenda Curtis rude and racist impression she told me you can’t use your phone while i was scanning the barcode you guys have to look at card designs, at the end she told me I look like I work at a hotel or casino because of the vest I was wearing.

      This is a review of one of the worst customer service reps, the Dolores Umbridge of FFB, also known as Debbie Birch. Literally the most unpleasant person to deal with. I've had the gut wrenching displeasure dealing with this creature twice now this year, each experience more disgusting than the last. For this one person, I would recommend ANY bank other than this one. The FFB culture has to be suffering from this one. Literally every other person I've dealt with has been awesome and pleasant, no complaints against them. Maybe consider not having this Ilse Koch impersonater in positions of authority?
