      Terrible bank, avoid them. Website and app are terrible. They charge you "inactivity" fees if you do not use your account enough. Seriously? If I dont use my checking account frequently enough you charge me $5 INACTIVITY FEE? Went to close my account and they would not help me. The banker I spoke to who was just sitting in her office alone not on phone doing nothing told me another banker had to help me. The other banker who had been helping this guy who was missing documentation and left to go get it, she would not even acknowledge my presence! After standing there about 20 minutes I just walked out.
