      The customer service in the Drive-Thru was really good. There are a lot of lanes at this Bank, but don't let that fool you because this place can be super busy! I know the tellers inside are doing their best to get everyone through in a timely manner, but when it's a payday Friday at about 5:00, expect to wait quite a while in line. That is probably true with most banks during that time frame. One of the things I love about First financial Bank is they are open the latest out of any of the other banks in town.

      I have banked with First Financial since 2015. Recently I was on medical leave from work. It takes awhile to get any short term funds during the medical leave , and I was in a bad financial situation. Renee at the Fourteenth and Willis location made me feel heard and understood during this time. Her and her manager did an amazing job that I don't think I would have found at ANY other bank. Thank you so much. God Bless.
