      Hours are not correct, lobby is closed and locked at noon. Person at desk refused to walk over and say anything.

      Went to this bank minutes ago trying to figure out why they close my account due to fraud 3 months ago. The gentleman pulled my acct up and said there is a note not to reopen the acct so he gave me the fraud department number.. called the department they told me a need to verify the acct with the account number I told them it's been so long I dont have it so i step back in the bank and told the gentleman he said there nothing he can do i wont be able to use first Financial bank again and told me merry Christmas.. how lazy was this guy he didnt even try to help or talk to the fraud department..
