      This place is awesome. Had to get a new card and Sean Mullen did a great job helping me and in a very timely manner! I highly recommend this bank

      Wow. I went through the drive through to inquire about quarters (I need to do laundry and there were none at the laundromat). I sent my card and ID through and the lady comes on the screen and asks what I need. I tell her I need to buy a roll of quarters. I have never had anyone be as rude to me at a bank as she was. She immediately starts ranting to me that OF COURSE THEY DONT HAVE QUARTERS, THERES A NATIONAL COIN SHORTAGE. She then tells me that if I want to withdrawal cash, I should just go to the atm line because otherwise she'll need to check my ID and have me fill out papers and why didn't I do that in the first place??? Horrible customer service. I understand we're all stressed - corona virus and a coin shortage, but all I wanted to do was see if i could withdrawal quarters to do my laundry. A simple, sorry we don't have coins right now would have sufficed. This was 11:30am on 7/21

      Everytime I try to use this bank there is a problem. Only when I speak with the male teller. He's definitely not good at his job.
