      This is the worst bank ever do not bank with them! Go elsewhere , they don't care about their members they just want a quick buck. I should have stayed with Wright Patt credit union they are way better and treat you like a person and they are very helpful unlike first financial.

      The low rating is based on banking hours. Hours have changed without any type of notification to clients. No notice on statement no notice on receipt Bank now closes at 5pm on Friday not client friendly especially for business clients
