      Worst branch ever. My husband had an issue with the atm. He was depositing money and the machine rebooted on him I advised him to take a picture of the screen just in case there's an issue the following day . He called the Monfort heights local branch he they told him they saw the money but kept giving him the run around for 3 days. I spoke to a rude rep Emily on the phone who was disrespectful and hung up on me. I reached out to the higher ups and my husband received his funds in his account the same day. Poor customer service at that branch.
