      I was absolutely stunned to find that this branch received one star from someone. I’m a member of this bank and I have to say the staff is amazing! I send all of my employees to open accounts with this one branch! I love the personal attention and excellent care we receive in the Edwards rd location! The Branch Manager takes his job very serious and the customer service we receive is second to none! I love this branch and the employees who work their! I would give them 6 Stars if I could! ⭐️

      Well I’M not “stunned” by the one star rating - if there were an option for negative 10 rating I would select it. I am also a member... I have no complaints about the tellers but the manager is BEYOND rude!!! I don’t know what job is suitable for a person like this but it certainly is not in customer service! I wouldn’t recommend this bank to ANYONE!!
