      Oh my goodness, I Love this bank!! From the minute I walked in,Jasmine greeted me and helped me immediately!! She went out of her way to fix my issues! I then moved to the teller line where Cheyenne was friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful!! What a FANTASTIC STAFF!

      Employees are great. The only issue is that the San Mateo branch does not do shared branching anymore. This is one of the reasons that I joined First Financial
