  Tommy Martinez saved our home buying process. That man is dedicated, knowledgeable, and has an extraordinary work ethic. Buying a house already is not a simple or easy process but my wife and I were buying a house from another state during Covid where both my wife and I were contractors. It was not the most ideal circumstances to be buying a house. Nonetheless, Tommy handled every curveball sent our way with utter professionalism and clear communication. One thing I will say about him is that he is always thinking 10 steps ahead. Because of this, he can be a little intense and he is not one to sugarcoat what's going on. It took a little time to get used to his rhythm. But these kinds of qualities are the exact thing that you want from a loan officer. Someone who will be straight and focused with you. We are completely grateful to him and will be recommending him to anyone we know that wants to buy a house in Albuquerque.
