      I have had first financial for years but primarily through my teenage years and early adult. Now that I have used them more often as an adult I can honestly say it’s a bit frustrating. I refinanced through them for my truck and with no indication they cancelled my extended warranty by not adding it into my loan like it was when I brought them my loan. Just to try to figure this out I’ve been on hold for more than an hour trying to talk to someone. Their cash restrictions for even their headquarters is a bit frustrating. I understand the concept of a cashless bank but even the primary bank in towson is restrictive. So it’s either cashiers check or get out chunks over the course of a month or just get a new bank and send to them and withdraw. I will say everyone there is always very nice And that’s always good but at the end of the day when you need a reliable bank it’s worth checking out other options (credit union or not).

      Just sat on the phone on hold to report my daughter's atm stolen and was on hold for 30 mins and I just hung up that is crazy other banks would have answered within mins
