      Amazing people and very friendly staff. Much better than big banks. No line, no hassle. Very happy with this bank. If you are there and hungry, Cravings Cafe is next to them too. Very nice food

      Pleasant interactions when speaking to customer service. However, some questions I asked weren't thoroughly addressed so I asked to speak to a supervisor. Never got a call back. I experienced problems in bank transfers; it seems like they don't have that sorted out.
