      I have banked here since it was union bank and I have always loved doing business with you guys. Mobile app can be a little nerve racking but it seems to be doing great now. I did however have an inconvenient visit at the Hessmer branch. I don’t know if it’s because I’m full of tattoos, long hair , and drive a motorcycle but I was not tended to and people tried to pass me off onto the next associate. The next associate turned and walked away. So I politely said “I will just go to marksville” and that branch was happy to help me. I am a business owner and I would feel very secure knowing that I’m welcome. None the less I give props where it is due. Throughout the years that’s the only problem I have had so keep up the hard work and thank you.
