  I feel like it is my own personal bank. Every employee will take out as much as he/she needs to help me. The line moves pretty quickly inside. The drive through people are also very accommodating. I am very happy, I only wish they had more locations!

  Had to lower my rating, first harvest has dropped the ball again and again. Failure to approve loans that SJFCU had no issues with, failures in customer services and misrepresentation of information from your associates, inadequate warnings for when you shut down for almost a week, was told it’s not possible to exchange a ripped bill (when SJFCU had before no questions asked, was told to mail it to the treasury myself to surrender it LOL) just time and time again I have left your branch feeling very disappointed. Now you have sent secured information to an address that I do not have on file and never have, the home owner knows who I am so my personal info was returned without being compromised, thankfully. I have been an account holder for over 10 years and my family has been at this location for 3 generations with mortgages bought and paid off through you since 1950 when accounts were available for employees of the New York ship building corporation. I doubt you are even aware of the roots you have inherited and the prestige you have squandered. I will be removing my funds and changing banks as the lapse in security combined with the failure to provide for long time account holders is an egregious error that I don’t believe can be righted. You took over SJFCU with a bit more than 50,000 account holders, I would love to be privy to the amount of accounts you are managing since takeover to now along with the loss in funds due to the obvious errors you continue to sail with. I can imagine the numbers paint quite the picture. All it takes is a quick scroll through theses comments to realize the severity of the issue you have. Hats off to destroying a south jersey legacy, you have accomplished it quite well.

  I didn't think the customer service could get any worse at South Jersey Federal Credit Union. Then First Harvest took over or they changed their name...not sure but I call and call and sit on hold forever. I went on thier website and tried to chat live and it says sorry there isn't any agents to take your chat. I then left an email message on their website and hours later never received any callback or email....nothing. I've been a member for 20yrs and it's only gotten worse over time.
