      literally horrible. this is my boyfriend’s credit union. he is constantly having issues with them. their customer service is bad and he has to find time out of his work day to call them about an issue, just for them to tell him there’s nothing they can do, without even seemingly trying to address the problems. he’s been told for two days that hed get a call back and no one ever did. just so many issues. i’m with first heritage credit union and i’ve never had the kinds of problems with them as he has with this place. encouraging him to join a different credit union.
