      I am a banker of yrs never had I encountered a woman like this at the bank inside giant this is the third time so I'm threw with it the last two times I was talking to a different PNC representative and she cuts him off and then acts as if I shouldn't be there says things a banker shouldn't say overall bad customer service all three times it's like she doesn't want to really see wat the problem is or wats up I already caught her lieing twice it's a complete different process at a different PNC just 2 miles away she needs to be trained on alot I will no longer use that bank in specific even though the hours are better than the other I work to hard for my money to be talked and looked at like she does 3 stars because the gentleman was great even trying to keep her mouth at bay
