      I had a great experience with this company. I used them for another loan on a couch I had bought. Paid it off in the time allotted and never had a problem. Every time I called to get a balance they were kind and made sure they answered all my questions.

      The company’s mission statement of “friendly service not being just a slogan, but a way of life” is FAR from the truth. I called with questions regarding a loan and their procedures. I was hung up on by Cindy Sharp while asking for clarification on documentation I needed. The first employee I spoke to was very condescending and basically told me I did not know what I was talking about. Not to mention their extreme interest rates. Stay away!!!!!

      I have honestly had positive dealings with this company, until I just called a few minutes ago and asked simply to speak to the Manager and the response from a guy named Jamie was, Him: " I can help you". Me: Uhmm, I would like to speak to the Manager please. Him: "Well what's your name"? Me: HANGS UP! When a customer asks you to speak to a Manager, you should either get them if they're available and if they're not, then let that be known. Really rubbed me the wrong way.
