      DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT A UCC FILED AGAINST U! I got a personal loan for $1000 using my personal info and collateral on my iPad & tv. I did this loan July 2021. As of September 17, 2021 I was informed that a UCC was filed thru the Secretary of State with my name on it listed under “ BUSINESS” and it is hindering my business credit! Brain is the person who did my loan and I am not pleased with this! They did not disclose anything about a lien being on me is I got a loan with them. I didn’t sign any documents. My opinion is, if consumers KNEW THIS…..THEY WOULDNT BE IN BUSINESS!!!! A ucc filing can remain on ur credit up to 5 yrs and it’s even more hell if u paid the loan off and they refuse to file a UCC-3 just to remove it. This is not right! The public needs to know this! Doing times of hardship, u find there are business who are making your life more difficult and harder when u are desperate to make ends meet and survive by the day. My loan was only for a $1000 loan! Not $100k!!!!! Why not tell ppl this! I understand business have to protect their money but a LIEN!!!! That is beyond ridiculous!!!!!
