      Our experience using First Heritage Mortgage as our lender for our house purchase was excellent. We worked with Chris Grant and cannot praise him enough. He was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He was very patient with us and answered all of our "first-time-home-buyer" questions. I would definitely recommend both First Heritage Mortgage and Chris to others!

      As my husband said: DO NOT GO WITH THEM !!!!!! One star because I cannot give 0. We bought a house a few months ago we did the whole progress thru this company when it was time to sign all the papers we end up buying a few points so our payment would be lower. Everything was perfect until today. This company sold our mortgage to another company and we just received a letter stating that we have an escrow shortage, after reviewing our closing papers I noticed that what they put in our estimated escrow was way lower than what it was suppose to be to cover the real value of all expenses. I guess this “honest” “innocent” mistake was to make this deal look better than what It really was… go somewhere else. Our monthly increase $700 for the next month because of this
