      We've been at this bank since they opened in Seminole. Rachael is the only one left that we recognize, and she is in Pinellas Park... we miss her! Just is not the down home, friendly consistant staff that knows you by name!. If you want a PPP loan, you better be BIG, we are small cleaning service with one employee, and we have been asked to fill out the application FIVE TIMES. JOKE! And we filled out our first application day TWO after applications were accepted. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS ONE BRILLIANT BANK.

      No one is attends to the drive through window.. I have been on numerous occasions and waited 15+ minutes to have to walk inside to complete a transaction. To make matters worse, when you walk in- not a single employee greets you, and the teller is not there so you wait another 10 minutes to be helped. I had to say "excuse me" to the two women standing in a cubicle looking at me to get someone's attention to which one women said to the other "you go take care of that". Extremely rude and unprofessional bank. The branch manager Joanna is the only quality part of this bank.
