  I cannot thank Harry Manley enough for his dedication and wonderfully simple process. He made the process as painless as possible and was able to secure us a great loan at a very low rate in the high rates we are in. I am grateful to him and the team. Not to mention he was insanely helpful and highly knowledgeable about his line of work. He also answered a ton of questions for me and it was great. I had a wonderful experience with him as my loan officer and highly recommend him.

  Scott Van Stone with First Home Mortgage was recommended to me by a close friend who’s a realtor. I remember my first conversation with Scott, who was a total stranger. I needed fast & competent. I was in a tough spot with needing to purchase my own house. Yes, literally purchasing the house I live in from myself, but not with a refinance, and limited access to certain accounts. I could NOT have done it without Scott. He went above & beyond everything I could have imagined. He knew I was determined from the start to keep the house my kids grew up in. Scott is the reason I settled on my house without any problems ensuring my kids get to keep the house they have grown up in. He far succeeded anything a mortgage broker (aka my mortgage guy) should ever have to be dealt. Talk about someone listening to a desperate/determined mom and making it happen! I’ll forever be grateful to him & his team. His team, the title company and the realtor assigned to the trustee has never seen my situation before, (I doubt they’ll do it again!). 100% will always recommend him and his team. I’ve purchased 3 homes previously not (including the one he had me repurchase) and I’ve never written a review before, but Scott…talk about a dedicated man that understands the process. If he doesn’t (you’ll know he won’t give up until he figures it out)– well – his entire team is behind him figuring it out with him. I’ll never use another mortgage guy besides Scott again.

  Scott Van Stone and his team were fantastic to work with, so professional and Scott always was so calm, my rock lol. He just kept saying it's all good, don't worry. I honestly couldn't have bought my house without them. So patient and understanding through the whole process. I am happy to say I am a proud homeowner. You want them on your team!
