  Harry was the best possible choice for us in such a stressful time for buying a home!   Harry is the best of the best! He was really incredible to work with when figuring out how the whole home buying market worked for our first home purchase. He took the time to explain every part of the mortgage process in detail to us and answered any and all questions that we had with ease. He goes above and beyond for each one of his clients, ensuring that you feel comfortable the entire time. He was easy to reach for a chat no matter the day of the week or time of day. He is professional, personal, friendly, caring, and incredibly efficient! He guided us through our first home buying experience effortlessly. He helped us remain calm the entire time, even when he was helping to close our new home's deal. We really appreciated how often he kept us updated throughout the whole process. It helped to put our nerves at ease. We were also in a time crunch at the end of the year and Harry was able to help organize our settlement in a very short two week time frame. This was the whole reason we were able to snag our house, thanks to the quick settlement turn around! We honestly couldn't believe how easy the whole process was, thanks to Harry!   Harry Manley will meet all of your home buying expectations and more. He is responsive, even at odd hours when you don't expect text back or a call back. He is very accurate in his assessments and does pretty much all the work in the background to streamline your home buying process. I took his pieces of advise as we went along and he was spot on 100% of the time. This man knows what he's doing and he does it excellently. I highly recommend him without any reservations. He secured my second mortgage for my large size family and we are extremely grateful and happy.
