      Do not do business with josh Kaiser. He is a fraud. He worked for RMS and told us he could do a construction loan for us. 3 month later we were still at square one. He was given all info and told us our loan was being processed through the construction department which wasn’t true. Neve did any paperwork. When called out about it after having to be contacted by another staff member who work at a different branch he made excuses. 1 week after this he quite and agent to first choice home mortgage. This guy does nothing but try and fast talk you.
