  Me and my fiancé went to open a joint account today at the branch. 04/28/2021 and the process was simple and extremely easy! Our debit cards was printed right then and there, the wait was not long. I already had an account and been with TD for a couple months, but today my fiancé decided to be added with me. Thank you, Dover TD Bank. The lady who I had was amazing, professional, and super sweet and knowledgeable. She helped me and my fiancé pick out the BEST checking and savings account for us and our financial needs, she assisted us with doing online banking, she printed out all of forms, and made sure we was knowledgeable about the accounts we have and understand all the information. Me and my fiancé was super impressed, and we know for a fact we picked a great bank to do our banking with. We live in Pennsylvania and was in Delaware for vacation and decided to do everything then and there! We loved how fast and simple the process was. I love how Covid-19 was taken serious and the staff made sure we was all safe, mask worn, and social distance was enforced to keep us and the staff safe at all times. Again, thank you TD Bank for the awesome and pleasurable experience!!!

  Horrible is all I can come up with they just closed but we’re all Inside chatting so I used the ATM. For some reason the machine froze up with my information on the screen and it still had my card. I knocked on the glass doors to find out what I should do, who should I contact, as if it’s just going to unfreeze and spit my card out when I’m gone? And all they did was shake their head and yelled that they’re closed. For 5 minutes I did this. They just turned their back on me and kept chatting. THE WORST SERVICE EVER
