We just closed our second loan with Heather and her team, and she did a phenomenal job yet again. We are both self-employed, so our finances are not the typical salaried structure, and we had to do a lot of extra steps to get the loan to work, but we never doubted Heather's ability to make it happen before our closing date. She went through several options with us and found us the best one that was available to our situation. Heather is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and really cares about her clients - we did not feel like "another transaction" to her at all! 100% would recommend again and again and often do recommend her to my clients (I'm a real estate agent)!

Heather was great. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Her staff is just as helpful and friendly. She helped me refinance and made the whole process very easy. I should have done it a couple of years ago!
