      The wife and I have been using 1st Tennessee/1st Horizon Bank for 17 years. Management, specialists, tellers all do their best to take care of your needs, and still follow banking protocols. Most of the faces have changed over the years, but the attitude hasn't. They have earned my loyalty. If anyone out there has a negative experience make sure you state the branch you were at!!!

      They charge an 8 dollar fee for checks cashed if you don't have an account there. Even if the check is written on their bank. Absolutely ridiculous.
