      My parents and I have been customers of First Horizon in Jonesborough for over 60 years. I have found the personnel to be extremely professional, friendly and helpful. However I am simply amazed that I cannot get an answer to my phone call. I have received ONLY A RECORDING on several occasions. I will be closing my account and moving assets immediately.
